Questions about pricing

Do I pay anything now?

No. Verisling is free while it’s in early access. Before a paid plan applies to you, we’ll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can export your records or leave before then.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Once paid plans begin, every new account gets its first month on Team free, with no card needed. At the end of the month, pick the plan that fits, or export your records and leave.

What counts as a supplier?

A partner company you sent at least one request to that month, or that sent something in from your mailbox page. All of a supplier’s locations and contacts count once. Suppliers you didn’t work with that month don’t count.

What’s the founding price?

The first 20 companies keep the founding price for as long as they stay subscribed, even after regular prices apply. In return, we ask for two short feedback calls in the first months.

What if I need more suppliers one month?

Nothing stops in the middle of an order, and your suppliers never see a limit.

Do my suppliers or their workers pay?

Never. They don’t need an account either.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

Download your task list as a spreadsheet, and each task’s complete record (every file, answer, and history entry) as a ZIP, before you go.
